It has been argued by the learned counsel that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Arif wala disposed of the petition with a direction to the SHO concerned to probe into the matter and to hold preliminary inquiry regarding the disputed matter and submit the same before the Court within seven days. According to the learned counsel the application was against the SHO. Therefore, instead of SHO Police Station Qaboola Sharif, DPO, Pakpattan is directed to get the inquiry conducted through an independent and impartial Police official and if the commission of a cognizable offence is made he be directed to proceed further. Order accordingly. The learned Law Officer present in the Court shall ensure the compliance.
