1. SYED SAKHI HUSSAIN BUKHARI, J.--- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed application before. Board of Revenue, Punjab, Lahore for grant of proprietary rights and the same has been forwarded to Deputy District Officer (Revenue), Arifwala for report. Further submits that he would not press this revision petition if Deputy District Officer (Revenue), Arifwala is directed to submit report to the Board of Revenue, Punjab, Lahore within a reasonable time. The request is reasonable. So Deputy District Officer (Revenue), Arifwala is directed to submit report on the application of the petitioner, if any within two months after receipt of this order. Disposed of accordingly. .
